Même si le résultat est remarquable très vite, tout redevient normal en quelques heures. Il ne faut surtout pas pomper fort, au risque de détruire la vascularisation du pénis. Cette destruction est irréversible, à moins d'une opération chirurgicale. Dans ce cas, il ne faudra plus jamais utiliser la pompe. Je l'utilise à la fin de la nuit pendant 2 à 3 heures.
